INGREDIENTS: Peppermint Oil, Clove Oil, Borneol, Camphor, Cajuput Oil, Juniper Berry Oil, Menthol, Eucalyptus Oil.

DIRECTIONS: Adults and Children 6 and over: Insert into one nostril and close the other. Inhale deeply. Repeat in the other nostril.
