The CoolTherm approach to burn treatment, is the unique action of the active gel ingredient, combined with the groundbreaking technology of the non-woven carrier dressing. In some cases, a mild to moderate burn may be awkward to dress. The CoolTherm Sachet delivers the sterile active ingredient directly to broken or unbroken skin, which may then be covered with a light bandage. The sachet may be used to add additional gel to a severe burn with a CoolTherm Dressing already in place, or, as a topical application for sunburn or similar minor burns.
